At Afnan Perfumes Saudi, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Fragrance

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original box with the cellophane seal intact and securely place it in a protective shipping carton.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your designated address across Saudi Arabia.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
